The ancient Thirumandhamkunnu Bhagavathy temple is positioned in Angadippuram, Malappuram district in the state of Kerala, India. The temple stands prominently on the top of the hillock, blessing its devotees with its majestic appearance.

According to the Legend, the Shivalinga in this temple is said to have revered by Goddess Parvati herself. It is also said that many divine sages have revered the Linga regularly. Hence, the deity is considered to be the one with both Rishi and Human divinity.
The temple is open for devotees from 4.30 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
The annual Pooram festival is the prominent festival celebrated in the month of March or April, in a grand manner in this temple. This particular festival attracts large number of devotees from all over the state. Other important festivals of the temple include Kalampattu, Aarattu, Sreemoolasthanam and Mangalya pooja.
Poojas such as Usha Pooja, Ucha Pooja, Pantheeradi Pooja, Thirinju Pantheeradi Pooja, Athazha Pooja are performed in this temple.
