Itinerary Details

Day 1 – Dehradun – Yamunotri

7 AM – Departure from Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun

7.45 AM – Arrival at Kharsali helipad, Yamunotri

On reaching the Sahastradhara helipad at Dehradun, all our visitors will be briefed about the entire trip and other details. As soon as you reach the Kharsali helipad, you will be given a warm welcome by the ground staff of the Heritage Aviation. The staff will carry your entire luggage to your pre-booked hotel. Then takes place the holy Darshan, at the temple. After Darshan head back to the hotel room for overnight stay.

Day 2 – Gangotri

7.45 AM – Departure from Yamunotri helipad

8.30 AM – Arrival at Harsil helipad

On the second day, departure takes place from the Yamunotri Helipad to Harsil, a town, very well known for its exquisite beauty. Harsil helipad is positioned at a distance of 22 km from the Gangotri temple. As soon as you reach the Harsil Helipad, you are taken to temple and our ground staff will assist you completely while you reach the Gangotri temple. After the Darshan, head back to your resort. Then, lunch is provided. Enjoy campfire in the evening after the rest time. In the evening, you can go for an evening walk and shop for some stuff famous in the place like pure wool.

Day 3 – Kedarnath

9 AM – Departure from Harsil helipad

10 AM – Arrival at Kedarnath helipad

On reaching the Kedarnath Helipad, you are taken to the Kedarnath Temple, located at a distance of only 500 meter from the helipad. As soon as the Darshan is over, you are taken to the helipad, followed by the stay in a pre-booked resort at Sitapur. In the evening, you can visit the nearby temple and more.

Day 4 – Badrinath

10.15 AM – Departure from Kedarnath helipad

11 AM – Arrival at Badrinath helipad

On arrival at the Badrinath Helipad, you check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Our ground staff will assist while you have Darshan at the temple. Later in the evening, you will be visiting the Mana village, which is considered to be the last village before the international border of China.

Day 5 – Return from Badrinath

11.30 AM – Departure from Badrinath helipad

12.30 AM – Arrival at Sahastradhara helipad

On day 5, you get to attend the special Abhishek puja at the sacred Badrinath temple. The puja starts at 4.30 in the morning and lasts for almost two full hours, where you get to have Darshan sitting inside the temple. Then you are taken to the Sahastradhara helipad, the end of the tour.

Personal expenses such as drinks, telephone, laundry bills and so on
Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions or any other technical faults

Additional Information:

Passengers are permitted to carry only 5 kg luggage (per passenger), which can include only handbags as the helicopter cannot accommodate suitcases
Asthma patients are not advised to take this Yatra as all the temples are positioned at high altitude areas
All the patients are expected to be medically fit
We recommend that you carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution and these bottles are available at most of the medical shops
Make sure you carry woolen clothes due to the cold weather condition in all these places.
