How to travel in the past, present and future?

    I have been having this problem . Every time I travel I feel I am not able to control and appear elsewhere. I would like to know how is it possible to control where exactly you would like to go.

    I believe that time is a relation to the day to day existence and we live in an atmosphere that records life and the ability for communications to be recorded

    Time is just an illusion created by objects in space and gravity. Astral projections take you out of this entire dimension and as a matter of fact it is not possible to control the movements of travelling through the past present and future.
