जय भगवति देवि नमो वरदे
जय पापविनाशिनि बहुफलदे ।
जय शुम्भनिशुम्भकपालधरे
प्रणमामि तु देवि नरार्तिहरे ॥१॥

Jaya Bhagavati Devi Namo Vara-De
Jaya Paapa-Vinaashini Bahu-Phala-De |
Jaya Shumbha-Nishumbha-Kapaala-Dhare
Prannamaami Tu Devi Naraartihare ||1||

Meaning: Victory to You, Holy Goddess, My Greetings to You, the Giver of Luck,
Victory to You Devi, the Destroyer of Sins and the Giver of Many Fruits,
Victory to You O Devi, Wearing the heads of sinful Demons Lion and Lion (after killing them)
I Bow To You Devi, You Are Truly A Giver Of Human Pain.

जय चन्द्रदिवाकरनेत्रधरे
जय पावकभूषितवक्त्रवरे ।
जय भैरवदेहनिलीनपरे
जय अन्धकदैत्यविशोषकरे ॥२॥

Jaya Candra-Divaakara-Netra-Dhare
Jaya Paavaka-Bhuussita-Vaktra-Vare |
Jaya Bhairava-Deha-Niliina-Pare
Jaya Andhaka-Daitya-Vishossa-Kare ||2||

Meaning: Victory to You O Devi, Who Gives The Sun And The Moon As His Eyes,
Victory To You Devi, Your Beautiful Face Decorated With The Glory Of Fire,
Victory to You O Devi, Who As the Most High Unified His Body with that of Bhairava (as Ardhanarishwara),
Victory to You O Devi, Who Dried the Power of the Dark Demon (by his wickedness).

जय महिषविमर्दिनि शुलकरे
जय लोकसमस्तकपापहरे ।
जय देवि पितामहविष्णुनते
जय भास्करशक्रशिरोऽवनते ॥३॥

Jaya Mahissa-Vimardini Shula-Kare
Jaya Loka-Samastaka-Paapa-Hare |
Jaya Devi Pitaamaha-Vissnnu-Nate
Jaya Bhaaskara-Shakra-Shiro-[A]vanate ||3||

Meaning: Victory To You O Devi, Who Crushes The Demon Mahishasura With A Trident In The Hand,
Victory to You Devi, Who Destroys Sins in All the World,
Victory To You O Devi, Bowing Down Pitamaha Brahma and Sri Vishnu.
Victory To You O Devi, To Worship The Sun And Other Devages.

जय षण्मुखसायुध ईशनुते
जय सागरगामिनि शम्भुनुते
जय दुःखदरिद्रविनाशकरे
जय पुत्रकलत्रविवृद्धिकरे ॥४॥

Jaya Ssannmukha-Saayudha Iisha-Nute
Jaya Saagara-Gaamini Shambhu-Nute
Jaya Duhkha-Daridra-Vinaasha-Kare
Jaya Putra-Kalatra-Vivrddhi-Kare ||4||

Meaning: Victory to You O Devi, Praised by King Shanmukha (Sixth Face Cartar) Armed with Various Weapons,
Victory to You O Devi, Praised by King Shiva for seeing You Flow towards the sea like the Ganga River (for humanity),
Victory to You Devi, Who Destroys All Suffering and Poverty,
Victory To You O Devi, Increase Our Luck By Giving Us Sons And Women.

जय देवि समस्तशरीरधरे
जय नाकविदर्शिनि दुःखहरे ।
जय व्याधिविनाशिनि मोक्षकरे
जय वाञ्छितदायिनि सिद्धिवरे ॥५॥

Jaya Devi Samasta-Shariira-Dhare
Jaya Naaka-Vidarshini Duhkha-Hare |
Jaya Vyaadhi-Vinaashini Mokssa-Kare
Jaya Vaan.chita-Daayini Siddhi-Vare ||5||

Meaning: Victory to You O Devi, Who Wears All Bodies (remaining as a basis for Pure Awareness),
Victory to You O Devi, Who Gives a Vision of the Spiritual Sky (during meditation), thus destroying the Origin of our Tribulation (of spiritual ignorance),
Victory to You O Devi, Who Destroys Disease (hinders our spiritual progress) and finally Gives Deliverance (from samsara deception),
Victory to You O Devi, Who Gives Us Our Wishes and Takes Us to the Most Beautiful Sardis (of spiritual fulfillment).
